Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a drive to meet and exceed goals. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Represent CCAi365 at industry events, trade shows, and online webinars as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or B2B industries.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
