Position Overview

We’re seeking an AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-based projects from concept to completion. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, project management expertise, and client-facing communication skills. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business analysts.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Ensure quality assurance testing and validation of AI models before deployment.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and user training for delivered AI solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience managing technology or AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS or AI solution deployment.
• Knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, or other AI development frameworks (a plus, but not required).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
