Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in automation platforms like n8n and Make (Integromat). This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows and full-stack web applications that streamline internal processes and enhance business efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical skills in both frontend and backend development, combined with a deep understanding of automation and integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using n8n and Make, integrating various APIs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Optimize performance of integrations and applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Build custom nodes and modules when needed for n8n to integrate with unique systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within automation pipelines and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Maintain a strong security posture across all integrations and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, etc.)
• Proven experience building workflows in n8n and/or Make (Integromat).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth2, API Keys, JWT).
• Experience with database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building custom n8n nodes or Make apps.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with SaaS integration (e.g., Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience working with low-code/no-code environments and business automation needs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving user problems through intuitive design and efficient code, has a deep understanding of responsive web design, and can collaborate across teams to turn concepts into functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user requirements into interactive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes that meet product objectives and brand standards.
• Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible, and accessible front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
• Maintain and enhance UI consistency and usability across platforms and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more modern frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• A solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-device compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), agile development environments, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, including web and mobile projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).
