Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who blends an eye for design with front-end development skills to create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving user problems through intuitive design and efficient code, has a deep understanding of responsive web design, and can collaborate across teams to turn concepts into functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user requirements into interactive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes that meet product objectives and brand standards.
• Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible, and accessible front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
• Maintain and enhance UI consistency and usability across platforms and products.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Stay current on UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and implement inclusive design practices.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and connect UI components to dynamic data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more modern frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• A solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-device compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), agile development environments, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, including web and mobile projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Background in user research, persona development, and data-driven design.
